Instructions: check what is required to get to Heaven.
1. Be good.
2. Go to church.
3. Be baptized.
4. Ask Jesus into your heart.
5. Always be kind and obey.

The answer is “NO” to 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. None of these things will get a person to Heaven.
The answer is that you have to be perfect to deserve to live in Heaven. I am not that good! You are not that good. No one can live good enough to belong in Heaven.
The Bible says, everyone has sinned. God says that the punishment for sin is being separated from Him in hell forever. “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
The Bible says, Jesus Christ loves us, and He died on the Cross to take my punishment for sin: His death for my debt of sin. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16).
The Bible says, since Jesus has paid for our sins, He can give us eternal life as His special gift. “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 6:23).
The Bible says, only trusting in Jesus will give us eternal life, because only God can take our sins away. Jesus paid for our sins when He died on the Cross. Then He came back from the dead. A person is saved by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9).
The Bible says, God will save us the minute we trust Jesus as our savior. “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life” (John 6:47).
Because I BELIEVE that Jesus died for my sins, I know that when I die I will be with Him in Heaven. Will You?
Are you trusting Jesus as the one who paid for all the things you have done wrong?
Or, are you still hoping that He will let you into Heaven because you try to be good enough?
The Bible says we can KNOW we have eternal life. “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God” (I John 5:13).
The Bible says, now that I believe, God will never cast us out or lose us. “All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out” (John 6:37). “And this is the Father's will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day” (John 6:39).
If you have never received Jesus Christ as Savior, what is stopping you right now from accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior? In your mind, you can say something, "I don't know everything; however, I know I am a sinner. I know I do not want to go to Hell when I die. I want to go to Heaven when I die. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross for ALL my sins (past, present, and future), buried for me, and resurrected for me."
