People are always looking for proof of love. They will say things like, “if you love me, do this for me?” Some people even make this request to God, wanting God to “prove” His love. However, God has already “proven” His love for mankind. “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8 KJV). Jesus Christ revealed His love for all mankind by showing Himself in the flesh and going to the Cross of Calvary and dying for all sin for all mankind, buried and resurrected the third day. God demonstrated His love towards all mankind when Jesus Christ paid the perfect sacrifice for sin: He died for ALL sin, He was buried, and He resurrected the third. Jesus Christ first loved the sinner, and then He died for the sinner. Jesus Christ loves people just the way they are. Jesus Christ loves you just the way you are.
“This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:12-13 KJV). Christ laid down His life for all mankind. Christ laid down His life for YOU!
“Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another” (I John 4:7-11 KJV). The love of God is revealed in Jesus Christ dying for sin, buried and resurrecting for all mankind. God had proven His love for all mankind when Christ died for the sins of mankind. There is no greater love demonstrated!
“And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood” (Revelation 1:5 KJV). “We love him, because he first loved us” (I John 4:19 KJV). Why would anyone want to reject the love of Jesus Christ? The Gospel is LOVE! Why would anyone want to reject the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Reject the love of Jesus Christ is rejecting the Gospel. Believing in the Gospel for salvation is accepting His love for us. Jesus Christ saves us from a Hell we deserve to a Heaven we don’t by being a perfect sin sacrifice for us. We hope you believe in Jesus Christ as your only hope to be saved (apart from the churches, rituals, sacraments, traditions, or works of men), which is saved from Hell to Heaven by His death for our debt of sin.
The Gospel is Jesus the Christ died on the Cross for all our sins (past, present, and future), Jesus the Christ was buried, and Jesus the Christ resurrected the third day to show all mankind the payment for sin is paid in full. “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life” (John 3:16 KJV). Jesus the Christ finished to work that His Father sent Him to do: IT IS FINISHED! “I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do” (John 17:4 KJV). A person is saved by grace alone, through faith alone in Christ alone, documented in the scriptures alone, so, God receives the glory alone. “For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast” (Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV).
If you have never received Jesus Christ as Savior, what is stopping you right now from accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior? In your mind, you can say something, “I don’t know everything; however, I know I do not want to go to Hell, and I want to go to Heaven when I die. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the Cross for all my sins, buried for me, and resurrected for me.” Trust in Jesus Christ as your only hope to save you from a Hell you deserve to a Heaven you do not deserve because only the Gospel of Christ can change your eternal destiny from eternal darkness to eternal light. “Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins” (Colossians 1:13-14 KJV). Receive Jesus Christ as your Savior today and be born again and forever a child of God. “But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God” (John 1:12-13 KJV). The very second you place your faith in Christ alone, you receive eternal life, and you forever have eternal life because Christ paid for all your sins. When a person trusts in Christ alone for salvation, that person can “know” they are going to Heaven when they die because the Bible says they can “know.” “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God” (I John 5:13 KJV).
